Working with Jen and Elena at The Care Company has been a wonderful experience from start to finish! After a hospital stay, my mom needed some extra help and they worked at lightening speed to get her supported. Jen was wonderful when she came for her assessment and sent us Elena who was just a dream. Kind, gentle, and always looking for something else to do. 1 of the best agency I have ever worked for in Healthcare. I am not paid for writing a review. They are very professional and extremely compassionate to the workers and clients. I recommend nurses and psws to apply to this agency for work. Everyone is treated the same.

Recently have got private home care services from this company for my 96 year old father. The PSW's they have provided are very friendly and well trained. When there is a new PSW on site (when the original PSW went on vacation)there is a staff member on site, indicating the history of my father and what the PSW has to pay attention to. Just found out today that there is also a supervisory visit once a month, doing some vital signs check for my father and providing some recommendations for the care. Very professional, highly recommended for private home care services.

Love this team! We had a family member's health turn quickly and needed support. We called them and they quickly setup an online call with one of their care designers. It was great. They were able to provide everything we needed: post-op care, bathing, cooking and even housekeeping. They're a huge help to our family. Thanks Kris and Laura!

The care company are an excellent provider of in home care for the ones that you love. My aunt relies on them to send Trina to see her 4 days a week. She considers Trina a friend and Trina goes over and above to keep my aunt happy and comfortable. Don't hesitate to work with them, they are professional and very reliable.

I turned to The Care Company when an unexpected and urgent need arose. From my first contact, every single aspect of the experience was excellent. All the administrative and supervisory staff were completely professional and efficient, but equally importantly they were caring, helpful, understanding and accommodating. The team of caregivers they assembled at very short notice were all lovely: warm, kind, thoughtful and well-trained. The scheduling and financial arrangements were smoothly and efficiently handled. I recently had a knee replacement surgery and contacted the Care Company to request a Personal Support Worker for some days after I was discharged from the hospital.They assigned Susan S to me, a wonderful PSW.I was very happy with her service. She took really good care of me and was very attentive to my needs. In addition of assisting me with all the basics, she supervised me while doing my knee strengthening exercises every day. I could tell that she is passionate about caring for people and i had a great experience with her.Keep up the good work, Susan. Thank you!!
